My Artistic Self: The Fallen

“The Fallen” is my musical persona — sentimental, vivid, and emotional. This character has faced setbacks but continues to create deeply personal art.

The name Astedroid came from a happy accident but grew into a meaningful metaphor: like an asteroid, moving through space, slightly apart, and eventually falling — a reflection of my journey as an artist.

Reflection: The Fallen has taught me to channel personal emotion into my creative work, giving my projects authenticity and depth.

My Projects & Media Company: Velocity Music and TheVMedia

I founded Velocity Music as the foundation of my larger media company, TheVMedia. TheVMedia is more than a label — it’s a creative ecosystem that combines music, storytelling, visual design, and digital content.

TheVLore: At the heart of TheVMedia is TheVLore, a fictional universe that ties all projects together. Every release, artwork, and interactive project contributes to this larger narrative. TheVLore allows me to build immersive experiences that give context, depth, and continuity to my creative output. It’s not just storytelling — it’s the framework that shapes how audiences experience TheVMedia.

Label Evolution:

• United Records: First small-scale label, one release, connecting with artist friends

• Radius Records: Expanded artist base, more releases, experimented with brand identity

• Velocity Music / TheV Concept: Final rebrand, debuting Velocity Original Albums, concept-driven releases blending music and storytelling

Through TheVMedia, I aim to unify multiple creative disciplines under one vision:

• Concept projects exploring interactive media and visuals

• Collaborative initiatives across platforms, all tied together by TheVLore

Reflection: These projects have taught me leadership, planning, and creative problem-solving. I’ve learned how to combine artistic vision with technical execution while keeping the work meaningful and immersive.

MAT Context

This webfolio serves as both my public showcase and my MAT-course portfolio. It documents my learning, creative development, and projects throughout the course.
